Study of Doppler free nonlinear spectroscopy technique for saturation absorption spectroscopy (SAS) in magnetic field for application in laser frequency stabilization. In this technique, the difference of Zeeman shifted two SAS signals generates dispersion like Doppler-free dichroic lock (DFDL) signal for alkali 87Rb atoms

Project | Evolution of Sunspots

Analysis of Sunspot real data collected from Royal Greenwich Observatory and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration from 1921 to 2003 gave a conclusion that the current average lifespan of sunspot is 2-3 rotations.
